Smithtown, NY Assistant Produce Manager Job Description
The Fresh Market requires previous management experience in the retail, grocery, produce or restaurant industry.
The ideal Assistant Produce Manager Job candidate must have demonstrated excellent communication and leadership skills and possess basic math skills for ordering and inventory.
The knowledge of perishables is preferred. The Fresh Market will require demonstrated strong merchandising and multi-tasking skills.

The ideal Assistant Produce Manager Job candidate must be highly motivated with a sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment at all times with all levels
of employees. Demonstrated excellent people skills are required for all positions within The Fresh Market. The job requires standing, walking, bending, climbing throughout the
entire work day and the ability to lift, stack and maneuver objects. Weekend, evening and holiday work will be required in the position. Minimum age for employment is 18.
